	Barcode reader	The barcode reader is used to enter the machine data before measurement. At the first measurement of the machine apply the adhesive bar code label. Next time the machine is checked the dimensions are read in directly. Connected in the USB port.
	Battery powered thermal printer	With cable and 220V-110V charger. For connection to all systems with display unit E.

Vibrometer probe E285

For measuring vibration (mm/s, inch/s) and bearing condition (g-value). For systems with program "Vibrometer" in Display unit E418. Only for use with the E-series.

FOR BELT ALIGNMENT

E170 BTA

With the Easy-Laser® E170 you can read and follow the alignment from where you are standing and making adjustments, instead of only where the detector is mounted. The detector reads off the position in relation to the laser plane and digitally displays the parallel and angular misalignment “live”. This makes alignment of the adjustable machine very easy. The accuracy of the reading means that you can be within the prescribed alignment tolerances and rely upon the result. Suitable for most types of drive, such as V-belt, timing belt, flat belt and chain drives. (Note! There is no separate display unit included or available. The detector connects to the E418 display unit with BTA program, which for example is included in system E710. For connection the red cable of the main system is used. Wireless connection is not available. The E170 detector unit cannot be connected to the D-series display units or other equipment.)

FOR SHAFT ALIGNMENT

	Sliding bracket	Used when the shafts cannot be rotated. The spherical feet give a stable position against the shaft. Mounted with standard chains.
	Thin shaft bracket	This is used, for example, when there is limited space between the coupling and machine. Thin chain and lock tools included. Width: 12 mm [0.47”].
	Magnetic bracket	Bracket for axial mounting on flange or shaft end. With four super magnets.
	Cardan bracket	For alignment of Cardan/offset mounted machines.
	Magnet base	For direct attachment to shaft or coupling. Very strong and stable. Three magnetic sides give flexible positioning possibilities.
	Offset bracket	Allow axial displacement between measuring units in order to be able to rotate past projecting machine parts and connectors.

FOR GEOMETRIC MEASUREMENT

	Swivelling laser D22	With turnable head. The laser beam can sweep 360° with a measurement distance of up to 40 metres [130’] in radius. The laser beam can be angled 90° to the sweep, within 0.01mm/m [0.5 mils/thou]
	Spin laser D23	With a motor-driven rotating head, providing a 360° laser plane. Used together with detector E5. For quick and easy measurement of flatness and plane parallelity etc.
	Laser D75	For measurement of straightness and spindle direction. M6 threads on sides and ends offers alternative mounting options. Measurement distance 40 m [130'].
	Spindle laser D146	For measuring Spindle Direction and Straightness. Can be used in a rotating spindle (max. 2000rpm). Mounting pin can be fitted at either end, for use when aligning bar feeders, for example. Measurement distance 20 metres [65´].
	Angular prism D46	For use when measuring squareness or parallelity. A built-in penta prism deviates the laser beam 90°.
	Bracket for D75	With three magnets. For mounting to shaft end, flywheel etc.
	Magnet base with rotatable head	For use together with detectors, measuring units and laser transmitters where it should be possible to rotate the unit on a fixed magnet base.
	Sliding bracket with rotatable head	Available in different designs, with or without magnets, measuring probe and turnable head, depending on application need.
	Tripod	For laser transmitter D22 and angular prism D46. Height 500-2730 mm [19"-107"].
	Parallelity kit	For use with D22, D46 and 2 tripods(detector E5 also needed).

MISCELLANEOUS

	Additional power supply with built-in Bluetooth® unit	Chargeable battery pack which gives extra operating time. Connected with the included cable. Charging status shown with LED.

	Charger 12-36 V	To charge the display unit via 12-36 V socket, for example in a car.
	Target	Simplifies the rough alignment at very long distance and large alignment fault.

	VGA kit	Makes it possible to show display unit screen image with a projector, for example in a training context. Must be factory installed on order.
